We arrived the Saturday before Easter and were warmly greeted by Annie wearing bunny ears. It was only 1pm and check-in wasn’t until 4pm -but she checked her computer and our room was already clean. She said we could go right up but first gave us a tour of the facilities. This included pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as bicycles you can borrow for free. A safe and beautiful pedestrian/bike path goes all the way down 5 miles to Cape Disappointment State Park where you can see pelicans dive into the sea looking for fish. It looks like the hotel made a recent attempt to remodel but a few amenities look a little tired. But that won’t keep us from staying there again!

Great family adventure stay. We came over Easter weekend and they did an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was good for kids. We will definitely come back!

The stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. Thr view from our room was incredible! The resort had so many things available for us - beach toys, pickleball paddles, beach blanket, etc. It made staying here so enjoyable. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very helpful and kind. We hope we will be able to stay again.

A great hotel in a wonderful area. The rooms are perfectly nice and maintained and have a direct view to the ocean.

The grounds have several options for groups of all sizes and the beach features and extensive walkway with plenty of items to see and interact with.

This place is a dream! You just can't beat the location right on the dunes, with a clear view of the ocean day and night. Awesome amenities and staff, we'll certainly be back soon!

From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt at home and at peace. The front desk staff was more than pleasant and had us in our rooms in a short manner. The room we stayed in on the bottom floor had a full size king bedroom that had a flat screen smart tv and bathroom, the living room area has a queen size mattress and the couch was a futon so plenty of space to rest peoples heads! There is a kitchen in the condo which was sweet! A lot of places close early around the beach and if you want a late meal you can cook which is awesome. There was also a second bathroom with a shower as well. I slept like a baby. The beds are really comfortable at least in our room. The back patio has a sitting area with gas fire places to relax by. Horseshoe pits and cornhole. In the main parking lot there is tennis courts off to the side. Bring bikes, skate/longboards there is a long paved board walk right next to the beach. The resort is a very short walk to the beach. Amazing views and amazing time! Thank you for the stay. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful stay with the wife and some friends! The staff were friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The rooms all face the ocean and we had some spectacular sunset views. The beach is an easy five minute walk down a paved path, hard to beat that. Out back they have a couple propane grills that we took full advantage of. The breakfast in the morning also hit the spot. We will be back!

Excellent service. Arrived at 11:30pm and Victoria was at the desk ready to help with all needs. Convenient pathway to the beach allows easy access for anyone(walked barefoot from the room to the beach). Animal friendly. Continental breakfast hit the spot every morning. Friendly atmosphere for kids and family. Definitely stop by and check them out! 10/10!!!

Our room was such an amazing value for a great weekend experience! We will definitely be back here! Could not be closer to the ocean, plenty of room in the parking lot. A kitchen ready to cook a full meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone on the property seems to be in an amazing mood at all times! Book your next beach trip here

Nice place to stay when crabbing off Jetty. This place is perfect for good bed, hot showers and cooking crab. The breakfasts are great, early or late!

I just like this place since they dont gouge as much as other places. Today is a Saturday night but it's Grey, wet & cold outside. Everything else was charging 175 and up and here they come in @ affordable. With a pool & hot tub.

We came down here for a last-minute night for work and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing we had 10 minutes to enjoy the hot tub and she was very kind. Continental breakfast was the best I've had super good sausage and omelettes and gravy oatmeal lots of good choices. And the room had a smart TV which was super nice

A good choice to stay at night after visiting Olympic National Park, in our 101 road trip started from Seattle in August 2025.
The hotel is quiet and safe with excellent dunes behind its courtyard. Running through the dunes to the Pacific Ocean beach in the morning was one of the best experiences, which will never be forgotten.

I've been a regular visitor to Long Beach for many years and this was my first time at your establishment. The room was very clean and well kept. A huge plus was the breakfast buffet. Most places don't offer such a selection of food. Another huge plus was the outdoor lounge area with the gas fireplaces. Looking forward to my next visit.

We always have a great time staying here! The condo is right on the beach with a spectacular view—absolutely one of our favorite parts. We stayed in a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a balcony and a convenient kitchenette, which was perfect for our family (two teenagers, plus our two small dogs!).

There’s a continental breakfast included, and the property offers lots of extras—bikes to ride along the beach and a large selection of games you can bring back to your room. It’s such a fun and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

This place is so amazing, and the amenities are awesome. You get volleyball, corn hole, BBQ's firepits walk and bike trails, sand dunes, and the ocean, plus a wonderful breakfast. And the room's are very nice. And the place is very pet friendly and quiet.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get many photos of the conference center area—I was busy attending my event. It was a sunny most of the time we were there. We enjoyed the beach cruiser bikes, the access to the Discovery path and beach access and enjoyed the facility, customer service, breakfast area worked perfectly and was tasty. Pool area was tidy and well managed—kids not allowed after certain times and not in the hot tub. Front Desk issues the towels and checks you into the pool. Will be back.

I absolutely loved it here Tanner set up our reservation
It was our first time visiting Long Beach, so we weren't really sure what to expect or where to stay. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Johnny who had an amazing personality? We had a hard time finding my reservation, but Annie stepped in and we were able to find it. They were having an open house. The day we checked in, so they have a little barbecue going on to show their condos, we did see a couple of the condos. They are absolutely beautiful with great views. The pool, oh my God was so warm and clean and inviting the hot tub, was a great way to end our day. In the morning, they served coffee with cream. T biscuits and gravy with sausage, oatmeal, fresh bagels, milk juice.
Fruit and omelets fresh salsa It's not as close to town as some of the other places. But it was quiet and homie, and safe. We had dogs with us. So we were not able to get a room with the
view, but we were fairly close to the ocean, and we just really loved it there. I'm sure we will be back to Longview. I'm definitely be staying at Chaitauqua resort again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Till next time

Our room is nice, we have 2 queen beds. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We are on the ground floor of the 3-story building. We have a wonderful view of the dunes, and we can hear the ocean.

Stayed here Easter weekend. My room location was awesome, we got to be right next to the beach access, The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was incredible. Easter weekend featured custom omelets cooked to order as well as some wonderfully cooked salmon that was super delicious. My family and I had a good time enjoying the amenities provided by the resort and had an excellent time at the beach. The location helps you forget now you're in a town and definitely makes you feel like you're all by yourself despite being at a resort. All of the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating.

We love coming here when in Long Beach. Ocean views, Clean rooms, Free bike rental. Close to town and easy access to the beach. Lila and Annie checked us in. Michelle and Storm helped us during our stay. They were all wonderful and kind. Storm can be a little growly sometimes but that is because she is a security dog and that is her job. We have stayed at hotels all along Long Beach and this is our favorite. Thank you Chautauqua Staff you are wonderful.

super friendly and welcoming staff. renting the cruiser bikes is free and easy. pool is heated with lots of floaties and beach balls for fun at all ages. hot tub was also very nice. the discovery trail is close by and is great on the bikes. can’t wait to come back!
